Springs Inc. is a manufacturer of custom springs and wire forms for a variety of applications and industries, from industrial to medical. Our capabilities include two or three-dimensional wire forms, compression, torsion and extension springs in a wide range of materials, shapes, and finishes. We provide single source engineering support, and expertise to help to save time and money including rapid prototyping. Dedicated design and production teams can assist with spring design and deliver a reliable and cost-effective solution, using specialized tools from the Spring Manufacturer’s Institute. We will work with you from raw material sourcing to the finished product. Our ISO 9001:2015 certification assures our commitment to providing quality products and services. Springs provides quality control processes including first article, and in-process inspection, SPC tracking, PPAP’s, FMEA and quality control plans including performance testing.
