SpringUps is a Brooklyn-based urban farming company that prides itself on growing high quality produce through the use of our hydroponic growing facility. Founded in 2014 by Christian Golofaro and John Scaife, SpringUps prides itself on growing high quality produce in an urban environment. Through the use of our hydroponic growing facility, we are able to harvest crops on a year-round basis and are free from the restraints of a typical "growing season." Being local allows us to provide our customers with a product that is unparalleled in freshness and taste.
