We believe design solutions should be informed by research. Your budget and timeframe determine how much, when and to what degree that research component should be exploited on behalf of your business goals. We offer 4 design approaches that ramp up in: Complexity Research Activities Best Practices Time to Market Potential Return on Investment The 4 design approaches we offer are as follows: 1.) Unintentional Design - No time or money is invested into research. We only consider your technology and business goals. We don't guarantee any outcomes. After an initial, non-refundable fee, we charge by the hour until you say 'stop'. We are basically "hands on a keyboard." 2.) Genius Design - We'll use whatever research you provide. You are required to provide all research we are to use up front before project commences. After the initial non-refundable fee is received to get started, we set time aside for a discovery sessions which is a variable based on the amount of research provided. It's an hour's work for an hour's pay until you say 'stop'. 3.) Activity Design - We take whatever research you provide and augment it with additional research activities to ensure risk to user adoption is being mitigated.
