Sprok
SPROK is a language learning game project, crafted from Finland. Our goal is to create a digital innovation that acts as a classroom stand-alone solution - a practical, role-playing game based on real life. As evidence-based solutions, we created 4 Minigames in Prototype Demos: MONOLINGUAL TUTORIAL TASK CARD GAME QUEST SYSTEM MULTIMODAL GENERATIVE AI FEATURE How does SPROK works? It’s a Monolingual, Cultural and Context-based learning based on gaming and game elements with a teacher-driven design - created according to CEFR standards. It’s not just educational, but also designed to be FUN! SPROK is an EdTech for Language Learning & Teaching Immigrant Integration. Developed with classrooms, for classrooms, SPROK aims to give every child access to the cultural values and linguistic environment of the country they live in. The SPROK project is a collaborative Research-to-Business innovation on digital language learning solutions by Åbo Akademi University and Novia University of Applied Sciences (Project Partner). We received funding from Business Finland, Svenska Kulturfonden, and Högskolestiftelsen. Visit our website for more info:
