PHILOSOPHY We are a collection of historical properties and a community. We build community through meticulous historic preservation, and reverence for the local culture. In all we do there is a sense of place, permanence, and pride. We view ourselves not just as proprietors, but stewards of our historic properties, and the natural environment all around us. CULTURE & COMMUNITY Our wish is to create spaces where our residents—along with the culture bearers and artists of our neighborhoods—can collaborate and connect.
