Sharing the commission with our clients is how we show our appreciation not only for the business, but for the time and work we know most home buyers are already putting into their search. Thanks to the internet and online housing platforms, there is an incredible amount of current market information available at any home buyer’s fingertips. Traditionally, realtors acted as a gatekeeper for access to housing market information. Today, in real time, a home buyer can find almost all of the same information as a licensed realtor. At Square State Realty we believe that if you are going to do a broker’s work you should earn a broker’s pay. That is why sharing our commission with our clients is the right and the logical choice. At Square State, all qualifying Square State clients will receive at least 10% of the commission received by the Square State realtor. Depending on the number of houses viewed, the commission split could be as much as 50%.
