Squarepoint Trading Group (STG) is a new global proprietary trading company that will utilize technology, quantitative methods and financial markets knowledge to trade multiple asset classes in different parts of the globe. We are growing quickly and opportunistically – expanding in new global locations wherever we find stellar talent who will make a difference to our firm’s success. Our focus is on the design and execution of a systematic process that uses large scale data and a deep understanding of the markets to develop high performing, scalable trading strategies. From our original focus on commodities, we are expanding into other asset classes –both traditional and digital – and will continue to explore our appetite for alpha – driven by the talent and expertise of our growing team of traders and technologists.
