For Design Engineering projects mainly there are three important goals, namely, Schedule Adherence, Quality assurance & Value engineering. For success of any project, it is required that all these goals are considered simultaneously in the projects. However, in today’s fast track projects, it is indeed difficult to address all the goals in the design engineering cycle simultaneously. We believe that for achieving these desired goals there are many developmental activities (off-project) required in the organisations for continual improvement. We believe that the Knowledge Sharing is one of the high priority area for engineering profession and professional development programs are must to keep up the pace with the global design practices. There is huge gap between academics and the current industrial practices. Due to the same fresh engineers may not be ready for the industry when they pass out from the institutes. SQVe Consultants is a recently established innovative startup with an aim to furnish services to bridge gap in the above mentioned areas. The name of the start up is derived from letters of goals of engineering, i.e. Schedule adherence, Quality assurance & Ve -Value Engineering. Our ALL services are designed to have maximum of ONLINE interaction with the least OFFLINE interaction.
