Sino Scandinavian Building Adviser (Beijing) Co, Ltd.(SSBA) is a privately owned Swedish company operating in China. SSBA provides integrated construction project management and engineering consulting services. Since our establishment in 2004 we have been assisting a wide range of international clients establish and expand their production facilities, R&D centers, offices, and commercial buildings in China. Our business scope covers the entire process from feasibility studies and pre-project planning, through to design and procurement, on to construction management, as well as follow-up on cost and handling of all issues during the warranty period. SSBA is the only construction project management company in China to have been approved by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance 14001:2004 and the Quality Management system standard 9001:2004.
