In October of 2020, SSGI acquired Pace Thomas Benefit Services, a 40-year old employee benefits agency located in Bel Air, Maryland. SSGI is lead by Co-Founder and President, Laura Decker, The John Carroll School - Alum. Employee Benefit Services Our business client services include HR Support, Employee advocacy, Strategic consulting, Six-sigma benefits assessment, Compliance, Potential cost-savings, Long-term broker relationship, On-going employee education. We offer Tax advantage plans, Section 125, Cobra, Short and long term disability, Group Medical, Dental, Vision and other ancillary products. Executive Benefit Services Our executive client services include a Long-term broker relationship, Strategic benefit consulting, Protection of owners & certain qualifying executives. We offer Buy-Sell agreements, Key-person Life Insurance, Disability & Critical Illness coverages. Individual Insurance Services Our individual insurance services include Education on insurance products and a Long-term broker relationship. We offer Medical, Dental & Vision insurance, Life & Disability insurance, Medicare & Senior products.
