We manufacture branded packaged foods for groceries, supermarkets, natural food stores and other health oriented venues. We produce mostly plant-based Cookies and Granola. Our products are designed to taste great and address the needs of all those with challenging dietary demands like those of diabetics or others' wellness preferences and choice. Naturally they are appreciated by the general public too We specialize in manufacturing exceptional sugar free, plant based cookies and granola and were touting the benefits of Vegan products long before the word Vegan was even known by the many We have a shopping cart which is separate from our company website. We are slowly but surely growing from year to year and enjoy feeding the poor around our bakery and elsewhere. Susan Nicolas and myself are 2 workoholic foodies with a drive for quality and customer satisfaction. For many years, my selfless wfe Susan and I have filled shelves and worked countless hours 7 days for weeks, months and years on end to keep our clients happy and in the entrum take great care of our employees of which we are very proud of. They have been super loyal and grown to develop their pallats beyond our expectations. We started working at this in 1993 on Saturdays' open market in Laguna Beach. Susan was maintaining the business with her Teacher's salary. As for me, I was creating recipes (Susan would judge them), I was designing labels and packaging, making cold calls and also, long before Starbucks, I was selling cookies to coffee shops around the country, sleeping in my old Mitsubishi. In spite of the many rejections, irreverent remarks, difficulties, more beauties and sleepless nights, we forged ahead. We incorporated in the State of California in 2002 as: St. Amour, Inc. and Here we are, more than ever, ready to service your stores.
