Die St. Anna Stiftung wurde im Jahr 1998 gegründet. Sie führt die sozialen Werke der St. Anna-Schwestern und entwickelt sie in deren Sinn und Geist weiter. Die Stiftung führt das Alterszentrum St. Anna, die Mission St. Anna, die KiTa St. Anna und das Haus Hagar. Sie beschäftigt rund 160 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter in der Betreuung, Begleitung und Pflege von älteren Menschen, Frauen und Kindern in Not, in der Kinderbetreuung, in der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit sowie in der Gastronomie, Hotellerie und Hauswirtschaft.
