Trains to and awards NZ National Certificates and NZ National Diplomas in First Line Management, Business Administration, and Adult Education and Training. Boutique provider customising from training needs analysis right through to programme evaluation and review. Capacity for large-scale in-house projects such as 100+ Team Leaders completing formal training programmes over extended time periods with workplace (project-based) assessment of learning. More common are smaller customised programmes run in-house (at your place) for learning teams of around 16 participants. Public course capacity is achieved by providing (and facilitating) our programmes directly to the market and some through the NZ Institute of Management (NZIM).
