Stabbert Marine & Industrial, LLC (SMI) is a full-service ship repair facility with locations in Ballard and Anacortes SMI Ballard is located just inside the Hiram M Chittenden Locks on the Norwest side of the Lake Washington Ship Canal in Ballard. SMI-B is equipped with two dry docks, 1100 LT 200’ x 42’10” & 470 LT x 100’x 37’6”, and has 1600ft of pier side moorage, accommodating vessels up to 450ft as well as a covered boathouse and of covered structure. SMI Anacortes is equipped with a 500 ton dry dock. Two Railways, the larger railway accommodates vessel up to 750T and dimensions up to 160’x50’. 1500’ of deepwater moorage. SMI understands the demands of the maritime industry and the importance of on-time project completion and on-time vessel departures. We have a proven track record of on-time delivery and high quality of work. As a division of the Stabbert Maritime group of companies, SMI is in the unique position of being both a repair facility as well as vessel owners/operators of our own fleet of offshore vessels.
