Stable Elements Pllc

At Stable Elements pllc we provide in-person and online therapy to teens and adults in Colorado. Instead of a traditional office, therapy takes place outside, in nature, and with the inclusion of animals when therapeutically appropriate. Research supports the added benefits that nature and the human-animal connection provide to mental and physical health. These benefits include but are not limited to stress reduction, emotional regulation, increased involvement in therapy, replenished emotions, memory, and cognition, and more.
