I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, life transitions, aging, spirituality, relationships, divorce, low self-worth,'people-pleasing,' co-dependency, diet culture, grief - and everything in-between, with genuineness and warmth (and when appropriate, a little humor). I approach therapy from a holistic perspective infusing sessions with aspects of evidenced-based, positive strengths-based, and solution-focused interventions to assist in empowering women to develop self-compassion and resilience, invest in their wellbeing, and find meaning in their lives.
