We source & manage high calibre talent that work overseas for one client at a fixed monthly cost. We provide a work space, hardware with data security, recruitment, training & onboarding support, daily check-ins with the team member and regular check-ins with the client. We also provide social events, EAP access and ongoing training & development budgets. We currently work with a number of clients of various sizes in Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK.
