When I stage your home my goal is to keep costs down! The client pays for my time, which is usually 1-2 hours coaching room by room as the owner takes notes. I use their furniture, their belongings for accessorizing and their artwork. The staging includes the closets, shelves, yard, garage, basement, laundry room and even the furnace/storage areas! Plus, I am fun!(I really love doing this!)
