Stakeholders Empowerment Services is a Corporate Governance Analysis and Proxy Advisory Services firm founded by two IIT Kanpur Alumni- Arjun Gupta and Amarendra Singh. Our mission is to create an empowered investment community where all stakeholders including creditors, shareholders, management, employees and society at large are treated in a fair, just and equitable manner. We analyze Corporate Governance practices prevalent at listed companies, educate all stakeholders on matters pertaining to Corporate Governance and empower them by providing tools that aim to enhance participation in Corporate Governance of listed companies. Our objective is: • To improve Corporate Governance practices at listed firms • To achieve value enhancement for all stakeholders by aligning their short term and long term goals. • To assist in maintaining capital market integrity by improving monitoring and oversight of company management • To promote ethical and equitable behaviour in corporations by encouraging transparency in the governance processes. • To identify Corporate Governance parameters (CGP), benchmark CGP against global best practices and regulatory/ legal frameworks • To assess the current state of Corporate Governance framework at companies, identify gaps therein and thereby enable companies to align Corporate Governance standards with the benchmark
