Since July 1st I have been working as an independent consultant under the name Standby! As a logical follow-up to the 33 years as a consultant and manager at TwynstraGudde. And I have been able to develop myself into a leading expert in the field of program management. That is also the profession and the role in which I focus permanently and with even more focus, but now on my own two feet. Incidentally, still in close cooperation with my (former) colleagues from the Water Climate advisory group of TwynstraGudde. Strategic advice assignments for Project and Program organizations, temporary filling of interim management roles or coaching and training of project and program teams and managers. At their core, all temporary organizational support structures. Necessary for the challenges and transitions that Dutch water managers face in the context of climate change.
