Stanbee is a global manufacturer of premium heel counters and box toes. Founded by Manny Berkson and his son Stan in New Jersey in 1948, the company was later run by Manny’s son, Howard. Now the company is led by Howard’s son, Michael Berkson, and has operations in the United States, Thailand, and Vietnam. Recognized throughout the world for its dedication to environmental issues, Stanbee is now introducing a Nitro line that brings its Verge®, Vantage®, and SporToe® products to an even higher level of sustainability and performance. Due to a proprietary foaming process, Nitro products have bubbles throughout their core, making them lighter than their predecessors without sacrificing stiffness, strength, or durability.
