In 2011 Stand Up With Confidence began. Our first course was directed at people without jobs and for the next 5 years we were privileged to help approximately 800 people find themselves again and rebuild their lives. Now, 7 years on, Stand Up With Confidence is available to anyone, anywhere via our online course. A collection of 36 videos spanning nearly 4 hours are packed with stories that explain life.
