The company was established in 1950 and is still run by the same family. Standish Engineering specialises in the production of batch quantities and our team of precision engineers are ready to support the subcontract CNC machining requirements of your company. Continual investment in new machines ensures that we maintain our ability to machine complex parts within tolerance: CNC bar fed lathes enable high volume production CNC chuck lathes manufacture parts up to 450mm in diameter. Full 5 axis machining centres manufactures complex parts with a table size of 1520mm (X axis) 760mm (Y axis) and 620mm (Z axis) The majority of parts are machined in stainless steel and aluminium but we have significant experience in machining exotic alloys such as Super Duplex, Inconel®, Monel® and Hastelloy®.
