iLanda House- Learning Disabilities ages: 5-15 years old. Focuses on supporting children with mild to moderate learning needs. The aim is always to provide stability and development while exploring the most suitable long-term outcomes. Where appropriate, children may return to foster placements or transition into a long-term residential placement when deemed necessary. We seek to work with children for whom foster placements are not yet available, with the aim of providing stability, therapeutic support, and preparation for their next stage of care, whether that be reunification with family, transition into foster care, or another long-term placement. The Bridge House-EBD ages: 5-14 years old. Provides therapeutic, activity-based care for children who might otherwise be placed in foster care. We work closely with placing local authorities and commissioning teams to create effective pathways into family and foster placements. Our primary focus is supporting sibling groups or individual children, by offering a bespoke placement designed to meet the unique needs of each child. Children are typically placed with us for a minimum of 12 weeks under Interim Care Orders, with the option to extend the placement based on individual progress and needs. Our model of care is centred around meaningful activities and ensuring that children remain at the heart of everything we do. This child-focused, therapeutic approach is vital to delivering high-quality, consistent care that promotes stability, growth, and emotional wellbeing. Star Bright Living “Going Further. Together.”
