The mission of Star Care Case Management Services Inc. is to offer the best care and assistance for the mental health recovery and improvement of the quality of life of the children, adult and elderly population in Miami-Dade County. Star Care Case Management Services Inc. provides services that assist clients in gaining access to the community resources available in order to best meet their health treatment, economical, social, housing, transportation, legal, activities of daily living, educational and/ or vocational needs, among others. We are committed to maintain the highest standards of services, rooted in the utmost integrity, moral and professional practice and to become the agency that the community instinctively turn to for referring or obtaining case management services.
