Assist with training needs analysis, designing and conducting the necessary training. • Execute and implement corrective measures aimed at improving supplier performance in terms of on-time, lead-time and quality. • Review technical specifications for adequacy and prepare commercial specifications for products or services to be quoted. • Participate and provide input to evaluation team during Request For Proposals (RFP) process, review and contract award. • Collaborates with customers in waste and cost reduction processes, and directed project planning, products launches, market research, strategic planning and sourcing, and negotiations. • Establish lean processes such as 5S, as well as new business strategies, business risk pooling, and inventory policies. • Perform Supply Chain Risk Management Solutions. • Establish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management. Collaborates with customers in waste and cost reduction processes, and directed project planning, products launches, market research, strategic planning and sourcing, and negotiations. • Establish lean processes such as 5S, as well as new business strategies, business risk pooling, and inventory policies. • Country Management Services (including Customer Relationship Management) • Hosts conferences and training.
