Starbugs main focus is to enable the production of close proximity poop coffee without involvement of civet cat, as well as enable simulation of the entire digestion system of the civets inside bioprocess system, to enable production of poop coffee using biotechnology bioprocess technique. To us, we managed to develop the method which uses commercial coffee bean, coffee fruit / cherry, with some food based additives, enzyme, and incorporation with fermentation process using microorganism sampled from the Civets which were used to produce Kopi Luwak in the conventional production technique.
