Our founders are a father-daughter team local to the area. Combined they have 45+ years’ experience in the industry so you can rest easy knowing you are in good hands! Dad (Joe) has been in the construction industry for many years, having built over 150 homes in South Florida. Born in Florida, Joe has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Evangel University. He is married (to Abby’s mom) and is the father of three grown children and 4 grandchildren. Oh, and a goldendoodle named Vinny! Joe is an avid hunter, and he is captain of his Naples Billiard league. When not working, you can find him searching the gulf for fresh grouper! Daughter (Abby) was previously a commercial analyst for a global technology company. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Kennesaw State University and an MBA from Assumption University, graduating first in her class! She has a passion for travel and has spent extensive time in Asia and Europe. Her favorite spot (so far) is the Highlands of Scotland. Abby is engaged to her fiancé Matt, and they just welcomed a new goldendoodle puppy!
