Startup Intellect is a Tallinn-based accelerator and emerging fund backing AI-first B2B startups at pre-seed and seed. Our focus is on the Nordic, Baltic region, and Türkiye as a launchpad, where digital infrastructure, cross-border culture, and strong angel/VC networks provide a unique environment for early validation and rapid international scaling. We support founders who apply AI and agent-driven workflows to vertical SaaS and SME solutions, helping them achieve product-market fit, sharpen go-to-market strategies, and prepare for fundraising. With Estonia’s digital-first platform and proximity to both Western Europe and fast-growing markets like Türkiye, we attract startups that can scale across borders from day one. Over the past four years, we have advised and accelerated 50+ startups and are now building a fund to provide capital and follow-on investment into the strongest teams. Our mission is to make the Nordic-Baltic region a global hub for AI-driven, early-stage innovation.
