Starz Electronics specializes in PCB and cable assemblies, using manual and automatic through-hole technologies, SMT (Surface mount assemblies), fine pitch, encapsulating, coating, testing, IPC standards, plastic cable over-molding, small copper windings and bobbins, and plastic injection. Starz also does electronic, electrical, and mechanical design, with prototyping, using SolidWorks and Altium, CNCs, lathes and milling machines, and 3D printing. UL and CE electrical product certifications experience. Plant ETL and UL certifications. Starz is ISO 9001 certified since 2005. Since 2017, Starz Electronics embarked on the research and development of its own Lithium-Ion battery solutions that include LFP and NMC technologies. Starz does its own mixing and coating for anodes and cathodes with corresponding electrolyte solutions. Starz has a Complete assembly pilot line for 32650, 18650, and small prismatic shells.
