State Buildings

The State Buildings are located in the heart of Perth’s CBD as three interconnecting iconic heritage buildings. Over their 140-year history, the Old Treasury, Lands and Titles buildings have been used as a Post Office, Public Offices, a Police cellblock, Treasury, and office of the Premier and Cabinet. Reimagined and revitalised, the State Buildings were returned to the people of Perth in 2015 as a vibrant hub of retail shopping, dining, bars and luxury accommodation, housing COMO The Treasury. An elegant Perth hotel, COMO The Treasury occupies the 19th-century State Buildings, featuring a Victorian-era façade coupled with COMO’s contemporary interior style.
