StatusFLOW was created by @James Ward-Collins as a platform for all artists to create, inspire, share and experience our artistic expressions (fire performance, musical, visual and performing arts, dance etc). By putting these artists in the same place where their experiences allow them to reach a flow state, it is possible for us to grow and share our art creatively. Within StatusFLOW are 3 key initiatives - Running a weekly event on Wednesday's and Thursday nights which runs from 6pm to 10:30pm and includes; Yoga and Qi Gong (to enhance the bodies natural energy stores and improve mind, body and soul connection), Flow and Fire Arts classes (where I teach a large gathering of students coordination skills and strengths with the art of fire and sacred geometry), followed by a guided meditation. This is then closed with a performance from 1-2 Local DJ's/Live Performances, where students and attendees can practice their new skills whilst listening to the music- Reiki Healing - On top of my active Yoga and Qi Gong practice, I have completed my courses in both Reiki I and Reiki II Healing. What is Reiki? Reiki Healing refers to the harnessing of 'Universal Life Force' which is all around us, and can be used to heal energy blocks in our body. These blocks can occur due to: Lifestyle factors, toxic environments, toxic people, stress, and physical restraints. Reiki is known to relieve these factors, and can be used with great benefit in the work place environment (particularly for Directors and Managers of companies who can begin to feel very overwhelmed with external baggage from their roles) Enquire within for more information on how this may help you- Fire Performance - I have been performing in the art of fire manipulation for over 2 years professionally. My influences have been martial art focused (Capoiera and Kung Fu) as well as flexibility and yoga. This is a great form of entertainment for work functions, weddings and birthdays.
