Our projects are typically associated with the purchase or management of real estate. These projects commonly involve Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I, II & underground storage tank management (UST), historical chemical spills, asbestos, mold, indoor air quality, and lead based paint testing. Once identified, remediation might be initiated and completed. We successfully brought thousands of projects to final completion with commitment to our client’s interest and needs.
