Our primary focus is business analysis in the financial institutions domain. Throughout our work we employ various business analysis techniques to elicit and document requirements for bank information systems that are being developed, reengineered or purchased. We base our work on international standards, methodologies and frameworks (e.g. GERAM, DoDAF, Zachman Framework, UML, etc.). We use techniques that include information modeling, business process modeling, use case modeling and others to build integrated repository of knowledge about the organization. This knowledge is then used in different projects to ensure they’re all going in the same right direction. We’re working hard to produce high quality deliverables for stakeholders in order to clearly communicate requirements between business units, IT departments and vendors.
