Steel City Select

Steel City Select is a not-for-profit baseball & softball organization, passionate about developing athletes who are leaders both on and off the field, in the classroom, and in their communities. Organizationally, our goal for every one of our athletes is to provide them the opportunity to compete at the next level - whatever that may be. Whether middle school or high school, college or the pros, we are committed to providing the support, guidance, and resources necessary for each one of our athletes to reach their full potential. Our actions support this mission- We seek to create an exciting, engaging, and competitive environment that promotes discipline, ownership, accountability, and respect- We hire professional, experienced instructors and coaches who are passionate about the development of well-rounded athletes- Top down, we encourage our athletes to compete against the process. We define the process as the progress we make and what we can control. We control what we focus on, the meaning that we give situations, and the decisions that we make.
