STEINER THUESEN PLLC is a Landscape and Golf Course Architectural Firm located in Billings, Montana. The principals are Registered Landscape Architects who have practiced in Montana and the Northern Rocky Mountain Region for a combined 55+ years, providing the firm with a thorough understanding of the region’s unique climate, plant materials and construction challenges. Founded in 1984, the practice has focused on providing creative site design and golf course architectural services with special attention given to client responsiveness and quality of the constructed product. The firm provides a full range of services including master planning, site design, construction document preparation, estimating, and periodic construction observation. STEINER THUESEN PLLC has completed a wide range of projects at a variety of scales for both private and public clients. Recent contracts have enlisted the firms' services for community and regional parks, sports facilities, new construction and remodeling of golf courses, site improvements for retail centers and state universities, and major irrigation projects. Our experience with construction of projects is invaluable in developing realistic budgets, buildable plans, and accurate cost estimates for planning and design projects.
