Stem By Women

STEM by Women is a non-party, non-denominational, non-profit organization, with a democratic structure that has civic, solidarity and social utility goals. It also operates through forms of collaboration with the State, the Regions, the Autonomous Provinces and local authorities. The association’s goals are: · promoting and anticipating industrial trends; · encouraging female participation in STEM - Science studies, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics; · enhancing initiatives that promote the female STEM careers; · encouraging a cultural transformation in and the sharing of good practices; · spreading inclusion and participation policies as a way to increase industrial and country competitiveness.
