Stem Genomics provides dedicated services to assess the genetic integrity of human stem cells. We help research scientists with specific assays and recommended workflows for the cell type they work with. Our flagship testing solution, iCS-digital™ PSC, has revolutionized in-process genomic stability testing in hPSCs thanks to its high precision, ease and speed. It is particularly interesting for regularly monitoring stem cell lines in culture as well as for screening large numbers of clones, e.g, CRISPR-edited clones or human iPSC clones after reprogramming. We can also perform the following tests for you: G-Banding karyotyping, NGS analysis, mycoplasma detection, cell authentication, pluripotency and differentiation, aneuploidy detection, or design customized assays to meet your requirements.
