STEMCrowd is a community of STEM professionals all around the world. Through this platform we want to connect STEM professionals to the hi tech industry with specific goals of reducing overheads of industry, removing obstacles in reaching to the right talent at the right time. This is an innovative platform which is aimed to give birth to a new recruiting methodology called Recruiting Process Self Sourcing. We have observed that there are many glitches in the current recruiting system that blocks many opportunities from the deserving technology professionals because of lack of networking or lack of resources. Even the hiring managers are not aware that the right talent exists across the street but not quite visible. STEMCrowd is an effort to bring Job Seekers, Recruiters / Hiring Managers together so the opportunities available at their doorsteps do not go unnoticed. Our Mission: To engage Job Seekers, Recruiters & Hiring Managers in a transparent, user friendly platform to speed up staffing process and optimize hiring costs while providing better opportunities to Job Seekers.
