STEMxx Chats fosters meaningful connections among women in STEM propelling young leaders to confidently live out their values while thriving in impactful careers they love. We are a dynamic network guiding our community members as the new generation of STEM leaders through: value-centered mentoring and small group discussions, behind-the-scenes views of top women in STEM, career navigation tools & resources, and leadership experience on our teams. In our actions and approach to programs, we are genuine, optimistic, and holistic and strive to foster these characteristics in our members.
