Losing a baby is devastating, no matter how many weeks pregnant you were. Infertility is life changing and isolating. The fear of never achieving parenthood, ever-present. Childlessness is a grief few understand and yet 1 in 5 women remain childless, the large majority, involuntarily. Wondering if / when to change direction, to continue pursuing parenthood or not can leave you feeling overwhelmed. I provide a safe space in which to explore the vast range of emotions linked to the grief of infertility and the heartaching loss of a longed-for baby.
