Mr. Davis has been a Retail P&C Agent (4 years), an Account Executive in Insurance Automation(15 years) and an award winning Insurance Industry Executive Recruiter (5 years). Because of this long history in the P&C Marketplace he is able to bring a unique drive and energy to Talent Fulfillment. He has a knack for developing trust and confidence with everyone involved. This is paramount in locating the right talent for the right position and assisting both parties to arrive at a happy conclusion. On a personal note Mr. Davis has been married for 34 years with 6 children and 5 grandchildren. He is active in volunteer service at his Church and is an avid gardener.
