The Step Forward Initiative Program is an internship program or a skills-based volunteering (SBV) program that empowers young people to gain the skills needed for employment. It offers the responsibilities, experiences, and challenges of starting a career through personal contributions to community development. Our mission is to bridge the gap between youth and employment. Our objectives include encouraging youth to seek knowledge, promoting self-reliance through volunteerism, developing pre-acquired technical skills, empowering youth with employment skills, and providing them with opportunities to take out several professional career paths.
