The flatwork division has also delivered exacting standards for the thousands of commercial and industrial construction projects over the last 40 years. Stephens & Smith Construction also has a specialty products division. They install gyp-crete and acoustic-mat in apartment buildings and hotels, polish all types of concrete floors, apply industrial flooring and coatings, install hot water & electric in-floor heat systems, and are one of the leaders when it comes to insulated concrete roof decks.
