We help ex-offenders re-integrate into the workforce. Stepping Stone Staffing was originally born from a mission to increase employment and reduce the violation rate among probationers and parolees. We are a temp/temp-to-hire/direct hire agency established in St. Louis, Missouri in 2005 by D. Monae Moore, a servant leader who has always believed that success comes from helping others succeed. At Stepping Stone Staffing, there are no barriers to employment! The overall mission of Stepping Stone Staffing, LLC is: To decrease the unemployment rate, reduce recidivism nationally, and increase familial support among felons; thereby making these individuals fully contributing members of society, who create positive impact in their neighborhood and the nation. Our vision for Stepping Stone Staffing, LLC is a nationally franchised agency serving all job seekers experiencing employment challenges, with an emphasis on assisting those with felony convictions, service related disabilities, and insufficient child care. Utilizing a proven, holistic approach, Stepping Stone Staffing, LLC assists clients, their families, and others who have been impacted by their circumstances. Our guiding principle is: The only way to fail is to never try, and failure is certain to be a part of our lives. However, we must not let our failures become our destiny; instead, we must use them as our “stepping stones" to success!
