Stepping Stone

Stepping Stone helps individuals and families experiencing homelessness step forward on a path toward securing permanent housing in Guelph-Wellington through housing focused programs and individualized support. Stepping Stone operates an overnight emergency shelter, a housing focused shelter with staff on site 24/7 and a permanent supportive housing site with staff on site 24/7. Stepping Stone services include housing focused outreach, prevention and diversion, community housing stability workers, shelter support workers, and residential support workers. Stepping Stone has been providing supportive services to those in our community experiencing homelessness since 1983. Stepping Stone is focused on housing focused solutions in an effort to solve chronic homelessness as a part of the Built for Zero National Campaign.
