Stepping Stones provides personalised care and flexible support that empowers people to live fulfilling, independent lives. Proudly part of Optimo Care Group. We deliver supported living accommodation and outreach services for individuals with a wide range of needs — including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, complex care needs, mental health conditions, dual diagnoses, forensic backgrounds, and those preparing for greater independence through transition services. At the heart of our approach is a deep respect for each person’s individuality. We take a person-centred approach that values dignity, choice, and inclusion — empowering people to make decisions about their own lives and supporting them to achieve their goals, no matter how big or small. Our skilled and adaptable team includes both male and female staff, with some trained in British Sign Language to ensure inclusive communication. We recruit flexibly around the specific needs of each individual, allowing us to deliver consistent, high-quality care that evolves with the people we support.
