At Sterling’s core, we were founded as family-run business in 2018. Our Managing Director and Founder has over 30 years’ experience within Property and Facilities Management, passing his wealth of knowledge to the wider team. We have grown steadily over the years whilst still maintaining the same family principles with our employees that hard work & integrity will always prevail in our line of work. Growing our team organically has been one of the most important parts of our work, ensuring that we hire the right people who have the same principles to care for our client’s needs. We are still on an upward trajectory of growth which is testament to the work we do. We offer hard and soft maintenance services, whilst also showing our expertise on larger project-based work with our clients. We embody our slogan that “inside and out, we’ve got you covered”.
