Dr. Steve Kravitz is a licensed physical therapist in NY and Nashville, TN, and has advanced certifications in over 10 therapeutic disciplines including: CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release & Trigger Point Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Nerve Mobilization, Lymphatic Drainage, and Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Steve has been in private practice since 1998 and has advanced certifications in over 10 therapeutic disciplines including trainings in: CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Mobilization, Neural Mobilization, Myofascial Release, and Lymphatic Drainage. Additionally, Steve is a lab assistant at the Upledger Institute for CranioSacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Somato Emotional Release, as well as a lab assistant at the Barral Institute for Visceral Mobilization (Abdomen I, Abdomen II, Pelvis, and Thorax). Steve treats infants, children, and adults and specializes in a wide variety of conditions with an emphasis on musculoskeletal and neuromuscular issues. As a physical therapist, Steve has had experience in a range of settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and home health care, and most commonly treats patients following: trauma, surgery, sports injuries, pain syndromes, and occupational and repetitive strain injuries. Steve is passionate about helping people and feels very lucky to have found a way to make a positive impact on peoples' lives. Steve enjoys his work immensely and puts his heart and soul into each and every treatment.
