The opportunity I pursue is to transform (in the true sense of the word) individuals and businesses / organisations (referred to as businesses), primarily through behaviour and process change and business coaching. Behaviour change and change in general is achieved through executive, leadership, business, self-mastery, happiness, and life coaching, my Coaching Conversations Training workshop, self mastery workshop and associated book (The Game of Life & Success – Steps to Self Mastery & Happiness), my “Happiness Now” workshop offerings and customised interventions. I specialise in bringing about a degree of self mastery within my clients, as well as high performance individuals, teams, and businesses, which invariably results in exponentially successful individuals, teams, and businesses. I enable individuals and companies / to transform from their current to their desired state, and to be focused and highly effective. I facilitate the transformation of people's lives, personal reinvention, enable people to achieve any and all of their goals, and lead purposeful, balanced and fulfilled lives. I guide, empower, and assist my clients to ignite their innate power and inner magnificence and wisdom towards reaching their and or their companies / organisations FULL potential.
